(And yes I said "he" but not because i know anything... I just think it's a boy. We'll find out if I'm right in less than 2 weeks!) I felt him move for the first time 2 weeks ago (election night actually!), and he has been getting more and more active every day since! It definitely makes this whole pregnancy feel more real, that's for sure. Every time I feel a little kick or roll, it reminds me that I am indeed growing a baby inside, and not just getting fat! :o) I am also convinced that he has already found and is thoroughly enjoying his first toy... my bladder! I don't suppose that is going to get any better until he's out, so I guess I'd better get used to it.
So yes, I think it is a boy. And that seems to be the general consensus so far. What do you think? Andrew and I would love to have a girl, but Navy is determined to have a little brother, so maybe he has been praying more and louder than we have?! :o) We'll find out the day after Thanksgiving (assuming baby cooperates!) and let you all know soon after!
Oh and another interesting tidbit... apparently a baby on the way can make a very independent non-affectionate cat all of a sudden become all cuddles! Seriously, I am thinking of changing his name to Mr. Cuddles, because he won't leave me alone! And I'm sure he's already gotten some pretty good kicks from baby, because kitty thinks he needs to lay on or as close to my stomach as possible at all times... and he weighs over 15 lbs!
So, check back in about 2 weeks for some fun new information! We can't wait to find out what we're having and to tell the world! :o)

Hey! Isn't feeling a baby move inside of you the best feeling in the world? It's going to get more wonderful as baby gets bigger and stronger. As I type, our little one has the hiccups. I'm watching and feeling my belly shake. Ha ha...
I also wanted to post about your cat. We started suspecting pregnancy in part because I was feeling pretty light-headed and strange, but also because our cat started sleeping right in front of my belly (or on my hip) at night. She did the same before we found out I was pregnant with Bennett. So when she started doing that this time we became suspicious. I wonder why that is... A different smell or something? Interesting how pets know things!
