candy corn nutella no-bake cookies & a giveaway!

I've posted these before, but I just couldn't resist making them again for Halloween this year.  (These are not the normal no-bake cookies that you are used to.)

Let me repeat that:  these are not the no-bake cookies that you are used to!

Besides having nutella in them, these cookies are much more moist, chewy, flavorful... and fun, than the originals!

Speaking of fun...  I have a fun little giveaway for you!!

McCormick sent me a "Tricks for your Treat" kit, and has offered to send one out to one of you also!

This cute little kit includes:
- McCormick Assorted Food Color, Black Food Color and Pure Vanilla Extract
- Cupcake liners
- Silicone baking sheet
- Le Creuset spatula
- Mu Kitchen oven mitt
- Assorted Halloween candy
- & "Tricks for Your Treats" Halloween decorating ideas

All you have to do to enter is comment on this post with your all-time favorite candy and "like" Sweet Anna's facebook page!  (One entry total.  Please complete both tasks!)

(The contest will end on Tuesday, October 11th at 11:59pm PST.  The winner will be chosen at random and announced the next morning here on the blog and on facebook!  Also, unfortunately this giveaway is only open to my US readers.  I'm sorry about that!)

Candy Corn Nutella No-Bake Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:
1/3 cup butter
16 large marshmallows
1 cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup nutella
1 teaspoon McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract
1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
candy corn

Directions:
Melt the butter over medium heat in a medium saucepan.  Stir in the marshmallows and melt them with the butter until smooth, then add the chocolate chips and continue stirring until everything is melted together and combined.

Remove from the heat and stir in the remaining ingredients.  Drop onto a silicone mat or parchment lined baking sheet and immediately press a candy corn into the center of the cookie.  Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, until the cookies are cooled and set.

These will last several days stored in the fridge in tupperware...  if they last that long, that is!

Update:  GIVEAWAY CLOSED!  And the winner is:  Babe!
